Overseas training for the school management |
Representing Man Kwan Educational Organisation, Principal Lui, Chi-hong and the two principals from joint schools went to Vancouver, Canada to attend the “Deep Learning Annual Meeting”. They shared the theory and practice direction of Deep Learning at different conferences. |

The theory and practice of Deep Learning - NET Overseas Deep Learning exchange tour for students |
In Year 2017-2018, our native English teacher (NET), Miss Smith, organised a Canada cultural exchange tour and led students to a 19-day Deep Learning experience during their summer vacation. |

Signing memorandum of cooperation
Training for administrative staff and teachers |
Man Kwan Educational Organisation Limited, the sponsoring organisation of our school, signed a memorandum of cooperation with NPDL. Dr. Choi, Yuk-lin, JP, Under Secretary for Education of the SAR Government, officiated at the ceremony. Hong Kong has become the eighth region in the world to join the NPDL network and our school has also become one of the “Online Schools” in Hong Kong. All teachers from the three schools of Man Kwan Educational Organisation participated in the seminar given by Professor Michael Fullan, while some administrative staff and teachers took part in the 3-day professional training hosted by Professor Michael Fullan. |

On 1 November 2018, the opening ceremony of the Deep Learning Centre and the “Deep Learning” pilot class experience were held.

Externally, our Vice-Principal Miss Chan Yin-yin and NET Miss Smith shared the details of our school’s promotion of Deep Learning at the “Learning & Teaching Expo 2018” (jointly organised by Bailey Communications HK and Hong Kong Education City) on 13 December 2018.

On 8 March 2019, our NET Miss Smith, English teachers and 30 of our students were invited for an IEP Deep Learning curriculum sharing in the Yuen Long Teacher Professional Development Day, hosted by the Yuen Long Primary School Heads Association.
